Brac is one of the most beautiful islands on the Adriatic sea. It is situated opposite the ancient Dalmatian city Split.
So if you would like to visit Brac you have to reach Split. You can do it by car,
train, plane or bus.

 

 

 

 

CAR
There are two ways to reach Split by car:
-one is through inland (via
highway Zagreb-Karlovac-Zadar-Split) or if you don’t want to go through highway you can drive on regional roads Zagreb-Plitvice-Knin-Split or Rijeka-Senj-Zadar-Split
Once you've reached Split just follow the signs for ferry port.

From Supetar just follow the signs for Milna.
The distance is about      18 km.

 

 

 

 

 

TRAIN
Train passes through Zagreb. The ride from Zagreb to Split takes about 9 hours. Train station in Split is just across the ferry port.

BUS
Bus arrives in Split. Bus station is just across the ferry port. From there you can take the ferry for Supetar, or catamaran which will take you directly to Milna in about 20 minutes.

 

 

 

 

PLANE
There are two airports available:
-one is in Split (Kastela) for big, international flights
-and the other is in Bol (Brac) for small, charter flights
